探讨《中医诊断学》教学中互动教学法的运用 被引量:3

Discussion on the application of interactive teaching method in diagnostics of traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的:探讨互动教学法在《中医诊断学》教学中的应用效果。方法:以我院2014级中医系96名学生为研究对象,随机分成实验组和参照组,每组各48例,参照组给予传统教学法,实验组采用互动教学法,比较两组学生的考试成绩和对教学方法的满意度。结果:实验组高分段(80分以上)的学生有26人,占两班比共为27.05%,明显多于对照组11人;实验组的不及格人数为0,明显低于对照组的2人;实验组学生的满意度为98.0%,比对照组的45.8%高。结论:互动教学法能有效提高学生的学习成绩,强化学生对教学方法的满意度,是中医诊断教学的一项高效的教学方法。 Objective: To explore the effect of interactive teaching method in the teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: in our hospital in 2014 grade 96 students of Department of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 48 cases in each group, the control group was given the traditional teaching method, interactive teaching method in the experimental group, compared two groups of test scores of students and the teaching method of satisfaction. Results: the experimental group high section(over 80) of the students have 26 people, accounting for more than two classes for a total of 27.05%, significantly higher than the control group 11;the experimental group do not pass the number was 0, significantly lower than the control group of 2 people;the experimental group students’ satisfaction was 98%, 45.8% higher than the control group. Conclusion: the interactive teaching method can effectively improve the students’ academic achievement and strengthen the students’ satisfaction with the teaching methods. It is an efficient teaching method for the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
