Brief Description of Political Spirit Culture Under Perspective of General Cultural Studies

政治精神文化,即反映一定社会环境下的特定政治主体在社会政治实践中所创造出来的、能够体现其政治信念、政治情感、政治态度、政治抱负等的观念形态。中国特色社会主义政治精神文化是马克思的政治精神文化观与中国改革开放实践、中国先进政治文化相结合的最新文化成果,是对马克思的政治精神文化观和中国传统政治精神文化的继承和发展,同时也是反映中国特色社会主义政治文明进程的文化观念。在改革开放的伟大进程中,党发展和完善了马克思主义关于人民是历史创造者的文化、关于实现人的自由全面发展的文化、关于无产阶级革命的文化,从而不断地推动我国经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态建设的发展,形成了一套具有中国特色的社会主义政治精神文化理论体系,其核心是社会主义核心价值观,立场是始终代表最广大人民群众的根本利益,根本动力是人民民主。

The culture of political spirit is created by specific political subjects in certain social environment based on its social and political practice,which could reflect the concept of political belief,political emotion,political attitude and political aspirations. The culture of socialist political spirit with Chinese character is Marx's concept of culture of political spirit combined with the practice of reform and opening up,and Chinese advanced political spirit culture of the new culture. It is the inheritance and development of Marx's concept of culture of political spirit and China traditional culture of political spirit,and more over reflects the China socialist political civilization culture. In the great course of reform and opening up,under the leadership of the party,Chinese develop and perfect the Marxist doctrine about people's cultural history the creators of culture on the realization of the free and comprehensive development of human culture and the proletarian revolution. The continuously development of China's economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological construction formed a theoretical system of the culture of socialist political spirit with Chinese character. The core of the theoretical system is the concept of socialist core values and its position always represents the fundamental interests of the broad mass of the people,moreover its fundamental driving force is democracy.
