Value on Functions of Chinese Party System from Perspective of “Chinese Dream”

党的十八大以来,中共中央总书记习近平提出并深刻阐述了实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。中国梦是中国共产党人、各民主党派以及全国各族人民共同的梦想。实现中国梦的途径之一就是要凝聚中国力量。因此,实现中国梦不仅是中国共产党人的责任,而且也是各民主党派、无党派人士及全国各族人民的责任。凝聚中国力量,首先就要坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商政党制度,这是实现中国梦的根本保障。

Since the eighteen conference of the party,the CPC Central Committee General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed and expounded the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation of Chinese dream. Chinese dream is the common dream of China Communists,all the democratic parties and the people of all ethnic groups. One of the ways to realize the Chinese dream is to condense Chinese strength. Therefore,the realization of the Chinese dream is not only the responsibility of Chinese Communist's responsibility,but also the democratic parties,personages without party affiliation and people of all ethnic groups. Condensing Chinese strength,we must first adhere to and improve the Chinese political party system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party,which is the basic guarantee for realizing the Chinese dream.
