摘要
青少年社会工作业已成为解决青少年问题、服务青少年健康成长、发展青少年社会事业的重要途径。青少年群体自身具有的特点决定了操作增强理论可以很好地运用到青少年社会工作中去。通过建立青少年个体和青少年群体的介入模型,帮助青少年形成健康人格,实现自身发展。
Adolescent social work has become an important way to solving problem of youth,servicing for the healthy development of youth and developing adolescent social undertakings. The characteristics of them determine the operation reinforcement theory applying to adolescent social work. We built the intervention model of youth-individual and youth-group to help adolescent forming healthy personality and realize the development themselves.
