基于职业导向的知识产权人才培养模式改革研究

Study on Reform of Training Mode of Intellectual Property Talent Based on Career-Oriented

我国知识产权专业大多是基于知识而不是能力的教育,其在学生创新能力和实践能力的培养上都存在一定的问题。因此,在知识产权人才培养模式改革中,应以社会需求和能力本位为导向,根据不同职业能力素质的要求,对知识产权专业的课程设置、教学内容、教学方法以及实践教学体系进行改革和调整。

Our education of the intellectual property talent is mostly based on knowledge but not the ability education,and there are some problems in the cultivation of students 'innovation ability and practice ability. Therefore,the reform of training mode of the intellectual property talent should take social needs and ability as the guide. We should adjust the curriculum,teaching content,teaching method and practical teaching system according to the requirements of the different professional ability.
