摘要
在概述重庆电信直销渠道、电子渠道和社会渠道现状的基础上,分析渠道管理中存在的布局不合理、功能简单以及考核管理单一等问题,提出合理选址、丰富功能及差异化管理等加强渠道管理的建议。
Based on the description of situation of Chongqing Telecom Company Limited in direct sales channels,electronic channels and social channels,we analyzed the channel management in the presence of irrational,features simple and single appraisal management issues,and this paper presented recommendations in reasonable location,rich functionality and differentiated management.
