从普通高校"90后"学生干部的背景入手,分析普通高校"90后"学生干部的特点及存在的问题,探讨培养普通高校"90后"学生干部的途径和方法。
Based on the background of 90s-generation in colleges,this paper studied into the problems among them to determine their cultivation objectives,and then suggested a way to better foster 90s-generation student leaders in colleges.
