论高校思想政治教育应对文化多元化境遇的策略选择

On Strategies of Ideological and Political Education in Universities to Face Cultural Pluralism

"文化多元化"的兴起挑战了人类以往对一元价值和文化霸权的崇敬,对个体之自由与选择更加宽容,对人与人之间平等地位的追求更加有利。然而,"文化多元化"的扩散与繁荣,也引起了文化发展进程中的诸如主流和非主流、传统与现代、精英与大众、本土与外来文化的冲突与困境。在高校想政治教育工作面对这样的冲突,必须采取积极有效的策略来应对,以保障和提升教育的实效性。就此,提出凝聚核心价值、巩固主流阵地、创新教育思路的策略,并指出其中具体的行动路径。

The cultural diversity has challenged the dimensional value concept and the cultural hegemony,therefore,they can be tolerant to individual freedom and choice,and can help to realize the equal status of all people. However,the diffusion and prosperity of 'cultural diversity'also caused the conflicts and dilemmas between different cultures,such as the mainstream and non mainstream,tradition and modernity,the elite and the public,local and foreign culture. In the process of higher education,we must take active and effective strategies to solve the above-mentioned the conflicts and dilemmas in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. Thus strategies of condensing core value,consolidating the mainstream position and innovating of education idea were put forward. Besides,details about the above strategies were illustrated.
