Research on Continuing Education Transformation of Administrative Personnel in Universities Under New Normal

面对中国经济进入换挡降速、提质增效的新常态,高校管理人员继续教育如何转型以适应新常态,是现阶段我国教育改革领域的重要议题。高校管理人员继续教育领域依然遭遇多层困境,难以满足新常态下提出的新要求,需要从体制机制、法规制度、终身教育、信息技术、评价监测与对外交流等多方面实现新常态下高校管理人员继续教育的转型。

Faced with the new normal of China's economy which has entered a shift deceleration,quality improve and efficiency enhance,how to transit the continuing education of administrative personnel in universities in order to adapt to the new normal is an important issue at this stage in the field of education reform. In the field of continuing education of administrative personnel in universities,there still encounters multilayered difficulties that are difficult to meet the new requirements proposed under the new normal and needed to achieve the transformation of aspects such as from the institutional mechanisms required,laws and regulations,lifelong education,information technology,monitoring and evaluation,foreign exchange and others in continuing education of administrative personnel in universities under the new norm.
