为了更好地适应新常态,促使新常态下的高校学生工作迈向新台阶,从时代背景、高等教育改革和高校宣传思想工作3个方面分析高校学生工作面临的新常态,并从树立新常态思维、提高自身素质和能力、利用网络新媒体、利用大数据和创新驱动5个方面提出新常态下高校辅导员加强和改进学生工作的思路,

The article analyzed the new normality of university students' work from three aspects: the era background,the reform of higher education,the propaganda and ideological work in colleges. In order to better adapt to the new normality and promote the student work towards a new level,the measures to strengthen and improve student work for college counselors were proposed,such as setting up the new normality thinking,improving counselors' quality and ability,the use of new media,the use of big data and innovation drive.
