摘要
介绍了Materials Studio及Crystal Maker软件在《固体物理学》教学中的应用。Material Studio软件在晶体结构及能带理论相关内容的教学中,可通过建模、演示及计算模拟等,有效地辅助课堂教学。而Crystal Maker软件通过展示晶体结构并模拟对应的晶体衍射图样,可帮助讲授者更为生动地讲述倒易空间及晶体衍射部分的内容。
This paper introduced the application of Materials Studio and Crystal Maker in the teaching of Solid State Physics. Material studio software can assist to classroom teaching in the crystal structure and band theory teaching effectively through modeling,simulation and demonstration. And the Crystal Maker software can help the lecture more vividly by presenting the crystal structure and simulating the corresponding crystal diffraction pattern,which can vividly tell the contents of the reciprocal space and the diffraction of the crystal.
