Interpretation and Analysis on Kang Youwei's Viewpoint of Rule of Law About Thought of Great Harmony

康有为对世界与国家独一无二的认识与看法,构成了他的大同世界思想的核心内容。他在这一问题上的核心观点是"去国界合大地"。也就是实现全世界统一的且只具有一个政治实体性质机构的大同世界,消灭大大小小的所有国家。康有为对"合国"而行"大同之治"作出了具体的路径设计。康有为大同世界的理想是旧中国社会发展在特定历史阶段出现的学说。这一学说不但包含着中华民族仁人志士救亡图存的信念和追求,尤为难能可贵的是康有为的视野已经超越了国家和民族的界限,他所关注的是全人类共同的福祉。

Kang Youwei's unique understanding and view about the world and nation constitutes the core content of his thought of great harmony. His core point about this problem is'Abolishing national boundaries and Combining the earth',which means to realize the worldwide great harmony in which exists only one political entity institution and eliminates all nations whether big or small. Kang Youwei made specific path design of 'Combining nations'so as to carry out 'rule of great harmony'. Kang Youwei's ideal of great harmony is a theory appeared in special historical phase of old China's social development. This theory includes the beliefs and pursuits of national salvation of Chinese people with lofty ideals. And it is especially valuable that Kang Youwei's horizon surpassed boundary of states and nations. What he concerned is the welfare of mankind.
