高校学生党员后续教育管理工作的思考

近年来,随着高校的扩招,学生党员队伍日渐壮大,学生党员的后续教育与管理工作也不断涌现新问题,面临新挑战。新形势下大学生党员后续教育的新形式、新方法、新举措,是当前高校党建工作面临的一个重要课题。在分析当前高校学生党员后续教育与管理工作的现状上,就如何采取有效措施,加强对学生党员的后续教育与管理工作方面提出若干建议。

In recent years,with the expansion of the college enrollment,the students Party member team is growing,and the follow-up education and management of student party members are emerging new problems,facing new challenges. The new form,new method and new measures of the follow-up education for college students party members under the new situation is an important issue for the Party construction in colleges and universities in the present situation. This article analyzed the status of current college student Party member of further education and management work,and made a number of recommendations on how to take effective measures and strengthen the follow-up work of education and management of student party members.
