摘要
通过对重庆某高校ESP教师团队发展的实证研究,发现制约因素可分为外因与内因。外因包括高校对ESP教师发展的重视程度不高、校内资源利用不充分、激励评价机制不完善等;内因主要是教师个体受原有思维模式的影响较深、出现职业倦怠期、对新课程有畏难情绪等。解决问题的策略是:建立互帮互学的合作发展模式,形成"构建主义理论"下的ESP教师自主发展模式,完善客观的教师激励与评价机制。
After finishing a case study in one university of Chongqing,the author found that elements are internal and external ones. Internal reasons are lack of emphasis of teachers' development policies in university,insufficient utilization of resources in university and incompletion of assessment systems.On the other hand,external reasons are being affected by original thinking model deeply,staying at job lassitude period and being less confident to new courses. Eventually,the author provided three strategies: construction of cooperation and development model,promotion of teachers' individual motivation and improvement of teachers' assessment systems.
