Study on Employment Intention of Students Majoring in Chemistry:Take a Normal University for Example

目的:为了更好地服务毕业生,做好新一轮的就业工作。做法:开展2015届毕业生就业意向调查。结果:发现毕业生就业信心不足、缺乏政策相关知识和职业规划意识、以发达地区作为求职首选、不乐于服务基层。建议:建立专业化师资队伍,大力提升"就业两课"教学质量、积极引导学生自主创业、引导学生形成正确的择业观。

To better serve graduates and do a good job in employment,we initiated an investigation of the 2015 graduates' employment intention. The survey finds that graduates are lack of confidence in employment,policy knowledge and consciousness of occupational planning. Students take the developed areas as the first choice for the job and are not willing to serve the grassroots. We should train professional teachers and vigorously promote the quality of employment Courses. Also,we should guide students to start their own business and to form a correct view on choosing careers.
