绵阳市科技型中小企业发展制约因素、原因及对策

Research on Restricting Factors,Causes and Countermeasures of Development of Science and Technology Oriented Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Mianyang

近年科技型中小企业"井喷式"的发展引起社会的广泛关注。绵阳作为中国唯一的科技城,其科技型中小企业的发展也取得了巨大成就。但是,通过实地调研发现,绵阳的科技型中小企业在发展中依然受到融资体系、人才引进机制、市场营销渠道、政策及社会化服务体系不完善等方面的因素的制约。本文通过对这些制约因素进行分析,从科技融资服务、营销模式创新、科技创新平台建设、人力资源管理及社会服务体系完善等方面提出相关建议及对策。

In recent years,the rocket development of the science and technology oriented small and medium-sized enterprises has aroused wide attention of the society. Mianyang,as the only one technology city in China,has seen its great progress in its Small-and-Medium Scientific-and-Technical-Type Enterprises. However,those companies still are constrained by factors from financing system,talented introduction mechanism,marketing channels and policies and social service system. This paper analyzed these factors and put forward corresponding suggestions and strategies in terms of its sci-tech financing channels,marketing pattern innovation,high-tech platform establishment,HR management and social servicing system.
