中学教师评价问题及相关改革建议

Research on Existing Problems of Evaluation of Middle School Teachers and Proposals

通过调查分析、文献研究及内容分析等方法,从我国中学教师评价制度的发展出发,揭示我国中学教师评价制度普遍存在的一些问题,并根据所查阅的文献资料及对资深教师的访谈,针对问题,给出几点中学教师评价的改革建议。

By using the methods of investigation analysis,documental study and content analysis,start form the development of evaluation system of middle school teachers in China,this paper revealed the common problems existing in the present evaluation system of middle school teachers. It also gave some proposals to these problems by analyzing related documents and the interview of senior teachers.
