高校信息化工作联络人制度的研究与思考

Investigation and Countermeasure Contact System in University Informatization

我国高等教育信息化工作经过20多年的发展,为我国高校的教学、科研和管理现代化起到了巨大的推动作用。但具体到高校内部的教育信息化发展情况,仍存在不少因沟通联络不畅导致的各行其是、重复建设等管理方面的问题,阻碍了高校信息化工作的可持续发展。为此,可建立高校信息化工作联络人制度,畅通信息化工作领导机构和各个职能部门及院系之间的沟通渠道,从而推进高校信息化工作健康可持续发展。

After 20 years development,China's higher education informatization has played a huge role in promoting our country's colleges and universities teaching,scientific research and management modernization. But being specific to the development of the university internal education informationization,there are still problems in management such as acting in one's own ways because of poor communication between each department,repeated construction and so on,which hindered the sustainable development of university informatization. Therefore,we put forward a university informatization contact system to open information and the leadership of the various functional departments and channels of communication between departments,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of information technology advancement.
