专业教育与通识教育二者有区别,但并非相互对立和割裂。在探讨专业教育、通识教育和知识产权专业人才培养相关内涵及其发展的基础上,分析知识产权专业人才培养存在的问题,论述知识产权专业人才培养中树立专业教育与通识教育相结合理念的必要性,讨论知识产权专业通识教育与专业教育相结合人才培养模式的构建和实践。

Professional education and general education have difference,but it is not contradictory and fragmentation. This article explored the professional education and general education and professional talent training related to intellectual property,on the basis of the connotation and development,and revealed the problems of intellectual property rights professional talent training,and put forward to set up professional education in the professional talents of intellectual property rights and the necessity of the combination of general education concept,and analyzed the intellectual property rights professional combination of general education and professional education in the construction of personnel training mode and practice.
