社会主义核心价值观是国家、社会、公民个人的共同价值追求,在中国特色社会主义建设各领域中,发挥着引领和主导作用,培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观是时代的呼唤。重庆烟草"行动者"文化既与我国社会价值体系一脉相承,同时又具有鲜明的企业特质,体现了重庆烟草的经营责任、社会责任和道德责任。立足"行动者"文化,培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,具有必要性和可行性。如何依托"行动者"文化培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,促进其在企业宣贯落地,是新时期重庆烟草亟待研究的课题。
The socialist core value was the common valuable pursuit of country,society and citizens.In the practice of building Chinese characteristic socialism,the socialist core value was the most fundamental,important and centralizing part in value system. Cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core value was the call of times and the requirements of history. The 'actor-culture'of Chongqing tobacco was not only developed with the development of the socialist core value,but also had enterprise's features. At the same time,the actor-culture of Chongqing tobacco showed the operating responsibility,the social responsibility and the moral responsibility. So cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core value relying on the actor-culture of Chongqing tobacco was practicable and necessary. But it was an urgent issue to promote and further carry out cultural propaganda in Chongqing to-bacco.
