肝酶灵对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响

The effect of Ganmeiling on the swallow function of the macrophage of mice

目的 :研究肝酶灵对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法 :每天给药一次 ,连续 8d ,第 8天小鼠腹腔注射鸡红细胞 ,根据巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞指数 ,评定肝酶灵对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果 :肝酶灵能明显提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数。结论 :肝酶灵可以提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬的功能。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Ganmeiling on the swallow function of the macrophage of mice. METHODS All the mice were given the drug everyday for a week, then inject chook RBC into the paunch. Count the number of RBC swallowed by macrophage, the effect of drug was estimated by the number of cells.RESULTS Ganmeiling can improve the swallow function of the macrophage. CONCLUSIONS Ganmeiling can improve the swallow function of the macrophage.
