脊髓损伤后DEX治疗上调腹角运动神经元N -4的表达(英文)

摘要 为探讨在实验性脊髓挤压伤早期 ,大剂量DEX对内源性NT - 4在脊髓腹角运动神经元表达的影响 ,采用免疫组化ABC法观察了成年大鼠脊髓挤压伤DEX治疗后NT - 4在L3 节段腹角运动神经元的表达变化 .结果 :大剂量DEX促进内源性NT - 4在脊髓损伤后不同时间的表达 .推测DEX在治疗脊髓损伤时除了已知的抗炎作用外 ,还可能通过促进NT - 4的表达 。 In this study,by ABC method of immunohistochemistry,we investigated the expression of NT-4 in the ventral motoneurons following crushed spinal cord injury (cSCI) combined with administration of Dexamethasone (DEX).Adminstration of DEX to crushed spinal cord produces the similar immunoreactive distribution of NT-4 to control group.NT-4 immunoreaction (NT-4IR) was observed in the neuron of spinal cord.The grey degree of NT-4 IR at DEX 7 d group has statistically significant decrease to control,DEX 24?h,7?d group.The result shows the expression of NT-4 increases following cSCI.There is statistically significant between DEX 21?d and 21?d following cSCI.It demonstrated that DEX enhanced the grey degree of NT-4 on ventral motoneurons of spinal cord in different time following cSCI.It is hypothesized that increased expression of NT-4 in motoneurons may be part of a mechanism by which DEX affords neuroprotection,in addition to its known antiinflammatory effects.
