CT血管造影在神经外科临床中的应用初探

目的 :探讨CT血管造影 (CTA)技术在神经外科临床应用的价值 .方法 :CTA检查 42例 ,在CTA检查 3～ 5d后行数字减影血管造影 (DSA)进一步检查 ,用DSA检查结果与CTA的结果进行对比、分析 .结果 :CTA发现异常 30例 ;其中脑动脉瘤 (CAn) 12例、脑动静脉畸形 (AVM ) 8例、颈内动脉病变 5例、脑膜瘤 3例、颈内动脉海绵窦漏 1例、小脑血管网织细胞瘤 1例 ,其余 12例CTA未能发现异常 .与DSA检查结果基本相符合 .结论 :CTA检查对神经外科疾病尤其对脑血管疾病是一种快捷、无创、准确、立体、经济的检查方法 ,且对了解肿瘤供血 。

Objective: To evaluate clinical value of cerebral CT angiography (CTA) in neurosurgery. Methods: 42 cases were examined by CTA and 3~5 days after CTA, the DSA were performed and the results of the 2 methods were compared and analysed. Results: Among 42 cases with cerebral CTA, 30 cases were abnormal: 12 cases with aneurysm, 3 cases with meningioma, 1 cases with carotid-cavernous fistula, 1 cases with angioreticuloma of cerebellum. The results corresponded to DSA. Conclusion: CTA is a helpful, reliable and rather simple technique for the diagnosis of many neurosurgical diseases especially for the subarachnoid hemorrhage and carotid disease and it has a very important value in operation of cranial tumor by understanding the blood supply of the tumor.
