Surgical Treatment of Intracranial Arachnoid Cysts

目的 :了解显微手术治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的优越性、疗效及术中处理要点 .方法 :手术治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿 32例 ,均行囊肿大部切除加脑池交通术 .结果 :术后平均随访 2a ,3例无效 ,其余患者症状及体征均有明显改善 .CT随访 2 3例 ,10例囊腔明显缩小 . 9例稍有缩小 ,4例无变化 .结论

Objective: To analyze the clinical characters, the advantages and disadvantages of microsurgical treatment and operative technique of intracranial arachnoid cyst (IAC). Methods: 32 IAC patients underwent resection of AC and cisterns communication under microsurgery. Results: 2 years after the surgery, the symptoms of 29 patients were relieved, and the other 3 patients remained unchanged. Conclusion: Resection of AC and Cisterns communication under microsurgery is an effective mentod to treat the intracranial arachnoid cysts with neurological symptoms.
