CT定位立体定向治疗脑深部囊性病变15例分析

CT Guided Stereotactic Operation for 15 cases of Cyst in Deep Brain

目的 :回顾分析脑深部囊性病变的CT定位立体定向治疗 .方法 :脑深都囊性病变 15例 ,其中透明隔囊肿 9例 ,侧脑室枕角囊肿 6例 ,均采用CT定位立体定向术穿刺造瘘治疗 .结果 :术后 2周 ,11例症状消失 ,4例明显减轻 ,CT显示 10例囊肿明显缩小 ,5例囊肿几乎消失 .随访 6～ 12月 ,12例头痛及其它合并症消失 ,3例症状明显改善 .结论 :CT定立体间穿刺造瘘不失为一种治疗脑深部囊性病变的好方法 ,其简便易行、创伤小、疗效肯定、且远期效果亦十分满意 。

Objective: To analyze the CT guided stereotactic operation for cyst in deep brain. Methods: CT guided stereotactic operations were performed on 15 cases of cyst in deep brain including 9 cases in septum pellucidum and 6 cases in lateral ventricle. Results: Symptoms disappeared completely in 11 cases and improved markedly in 4 cases in 2 weeks after operation. CT scan showed that cysts became smaller in 10 cases and disappeared completely in 5 cases. A 6～12 month following-up indicated that headache or other symptoms disappeared completely in 12 cases and improved remarkably in 3 cases without cysts enlarging in CT scan. Conclusion: CT guided stereotactic operation is one of the practicable treatments for cysts in deep brain.
