降糖保肾胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压患者真胰岛素分泌功能的影响

Clinical Study on the Effect of Jiangtangbaoshen Capsules on Pancreatic Islets Function in Excreting Active Insulin in Patients of Hypertension with Diabetic Mellitus

目的:观察降糖保肾胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压患者胰岛真胰岛素分泌功能的影响。方法:本试验采用正(真)胰岛素测定,检测Ⅱ型糖尿病合并高血压,降糖保肾胶囊治疗组与未加降糖保肾胶囊对照组各30例,经过6个月治疗的胰岛真胰岛素分泌功能变化情况。结果:治疗前与治疗后6个月真胰岛素第一时相有显著差异(P<0.05),两组治疗前及治疗后0～6个月血糖经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01);两组治疗前后HbA1c经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01);两组治疗前后三酰甘油及高密度脂蛋白比较有显著的差异。结论:降糖保肾胶囊能改善胰岛真胰岛素分泌功能,降低血糖及糖化血红蛋白,调节血脂。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiangtangbaoshen capsules on pancreatic islets function in excreting active insulin in patients of hypertension with diabetic mellitus. Methods:The total patients of hypertension with type 2 diabetic mellitus were divided randomly into treated group and control group. Circulating active insulin concentrations were measured after 6 month. Results:The results showed that Jiangtangbaoshen capsules can significantly reduce the blood glucose and HbA1c levels, accommodate lipid and alter 1h postprandial active insulin concentrations. Conclusion:Jiangtangbaoshen capsules can ameliorate pancreatic islets function in excreting active insulin, decrease blood glucose and HbA1c levels, and accommodate lipid.
