冠心病人支架术前后本虚标实证的变化及舒心饮的干预作用

The Change of Primary Asthenia-Secondary Sthenia Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease before and after Stenting and Therapical Function of Shuxin Yin

目的:观察冠心病人支架术前后本虚标实证的变化及舒心饮对其的干预作用。方法:选择植入支架的冠心病患者44例,随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(24例)。对照组病人服用支架术常规用药,治疗组则加用舒心饮。计算两组气虚、气阴两虚和血瘀证积分值,统计两组间的差异。结果:气阴两虚、气虚、血瘀证是冠心病及术后冠脉事件的主要病机。舒心饮能显著降低支架术后病人的气阴两虚、气虚和血瘀证积分值(P<0.05、0.01、0.01),明显改善术后病人的本虚症状和血瘀征象。治疗组在6个月的临床随访中,心绞痛复发率为40%(与对照组比,P<0.05),造影证实的支架内再狭窄4例;对照组心绞痛复发率为67%,且发现心肌梗死2例、死亡1例、支架内再狭窄7例。结论:舒心饮可显著改善冠心病支架术患者本虚标实证。

Objective: To evaluate the change of the primary asthenia-secondary sthenia syndrome of coronary heart disease after stenting and the therapical function of Shuxin Yin. Methods: 44 patients with successful implantation stent in a native coronary artery from Zhongshan hospital were randomly assigned to treated group(20) and control group(24). The treated group received Shuxin Yin and antiplatelet therapy. The control group were treated with antiplatelet regimens alone. Observation was made on the scoring of the symptoms of qi asthenia syndrome, qi-yin asthenia syndrome and blood stagnation syndrome in the two groups. Differences between groups were compared. Results: The qi-yin asthenia syndrome, qi asthenia syndrome and blood stagnation syndrome is the mechanism of the coronary heart disease and coronary events after stenting. Shuxin Yin could also evidently decrease the scoring of qi-yin asthenia syndrome, qi asthenia syndrome and blood stagnation syndrome after stenting(P<0.05,0.01,0.01, respectively), and could obviously improve the symptoms of primary asthenia and blood stagnation after stenting. Follow-up survey found 40% relapse of angina pectoris(compare the control group, P<0.05) with 4 cases of in-stent restenosis proved by angiograph in the treated group. The relapse of angina pectoris in the control group was 67% with 2 cases of MI, 7 cases of in-stent restenosis proved by angiograph and one death.
