补肾法对冠心病心绞痛NO、NOS、SOD的影响 被引量:11

Clinical Study on Influence of NO, NOS, SOD of the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney in Treatment of Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的:观察补肾法对冠心病心绞痛患者NO、NOS、SOD的影响。方法:应用补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛60例,以单硝酸异山梨酯作为对照,服药前后记录NO、NOS、SOD、心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间、血液流变学和血脂的情况。结果:补肾中药治疗后,NO、NOS、SOD明显升高。NO(μmol/L)由46.74±8.41改善为72.35±13.10,NOS(u/ml)由1.69±0.22改善为2.28±0.31,SOD(u/ml)由45.26±5.49改善为62.46±8.24,心绞痛总有效率为95%,心电图改善总有效率为70%,动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间(min)由132.26±16.56改善为38.32±5.46,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾法治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显,能升高NO、NOS、SOD,且没有毒副作用。 Objective:To observe the influences of NO,NOS,SOD of the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney in patients with angina pectoris. Methods: 60 patients with angina pectoris were treated by Chinese medicine of tonifying the kindey and the NO,NOS,SOD, symptoms, ECG (ischemic ST-T changes), holter ECG, blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded. Results:Obvious rise of NO,NOS,SOD. The improving of NO(μmol/L)from 46.74±8.41 to 72.35±13.10, NOS(u/ml)from 1.69±0.22 to 2.28±0.31, SOD(u/ml)from 45.26±5.49 to 62.46±8.24, the total efficacy of Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney to the improving of Angina Pectoris amounted to 95%, that to the improving of ECG amounted to 70%, the improving time (minutes) of holter ECG from 132.26±16.56 to 38.32±5.46. The rise of NO,NOS, SOD and the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney are higher than isosorbidi mononitratis with significant difference between these two drugs (P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine of tonifying the kidney is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and obvious rise of blood NO,NOS,SOD,without any side effect.
