摘要
目的 探讨声学组织灰阶定量新技术对扩张型心肌病患者的临床应用价值。方法 彩色多普勒超声显像仪结合计算机软件对 2 4例正常人、12例临床确诊的扩张型心肌病患者的心肌组织进行图像采样、分段检测。结果被检测的病例组室间隔和左室侧壁、前壁及后壁与正常对照组其心肌灰阶值的差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论心肌组织灰阶定量新技术是综合评价扩张型心肌病心肌细胞变性的简便、实用、可信的心血管超声检测技术 。
Objective To evaluate the application of quantitative analysis of myocardial echodensity in diagnosing dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods The gray-scale of the different region of left ventricle of DCM was measured with computer-assistant quantitative analysis of myocardial echodensity. 24 patients with DCM and 24 normal subjects were selected.Analysis was made with Adobe Photoshop 3.05 software.Results The gray-scales of the interventricular septum and left ventricular lateral wall at mitral level of DCM were higher than that in normal subjects ( P <0.01),but the gray-scales of left ventricular anterior wall was less than that in normal subjects ( P <0.01). The gray-scales of left ventricular anterior wall and posterior wall at papillary level were less than that in normal subjects ( P <0.01).Conclusion The new technique of measuring the gray-scale as a quantitative analysis of myocardial echodensity is a safe and reliable tecnique with high value in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases.
