摘要
研究了利用微波萃取芝麻油的新工艺 ,探讨了不同微波功率、时间、料液比对提取率的影响。结果表明 :微波萃取与常规索氏提取相比 ,微波萃取比常规索氏提取的提取率高 5 % ,且萃取的时间只有常规法的 1/2 0 0。
The technology of microwave extracting sesame oil was studied.The main effect factors were discussed such as microwave power,irradiation time and the rate of solide and lique.The results demonstrate that the extraction rate of microwave was higher 5% and the microwave extraction time was only the 1/200 of traditional extraction,comparing with the traditional solvents extraction.
