深圳市宝安区医院感染状况调查研究

A Retrospective Study of Nosocomial Infection in Baoan District

目的 了解掌握宝安区医院感染状况 ,为制定医院感染防制对策和措施提供依据。 方法 用系统分层随机抽样的方法随机抽取宝安区 5所综合医院 2 0 0 1年出院病人的住院病历作回顾性调查 ,并作描述性研究。 结果 共调查1172 7份病历 ,发现 4 0 3例医院感染病例 ,医院感染率为 3.4 4 % ,感染科室以外科最高 (4.2 8% ) ;感染部位以呼吸道为主(占 5 2 .0 3% ) ;不同年龄组感染率以 1岁以下年龄组最高 (8.73% ) ;不同性别医院感染以男性较高 (3.90 % ) ;各季节感染率以第二季度较高 (3.85 % ) ;医院感染平均漏报率为 2 6 .5 5 %。 结论 宝安区医院的医院感染率低于全国的平均水平 。

Objective To determine the incidence and distribution of nosocomial infection(NI) in Baoan District. Methods We selected the inpatients of 5 hospitals by randomly stratified sampling method to make a descriptive study. Result We studied the medical records of 11727 inpatients, 403 of them got NI, the average incidence of NI was 3.44 %; In all departments, the incidence of NI of surgical department was the highest (4.28%),followed by the department of internal medicine(4.09%); Of 403 NI inpatients, the most frequent site of NI was respiratory tract(52.03%),followed by surgical wound site infection(15.38%); The incidence of NI of infants(<1y) was the highest (8.73%) , followed by the old(>60y)(7.40%); Male's NI incidence was higher than female's, and that in the second season was higher than the other three seasons; Of all the 403 NI inpatients,107 were not reported by hospital themselves ,the rate of lost reported episodes was 26.55%. Conclusion The incidence of NI in Baoan District was lower than our country's average level, it had its own character.
