目的 探索新形势下计免工作管理模式。 方法 对现有实施不同计免管理方式的工作现状进行调查分析。 结果 所存在的三种管理模式各有优缺点。 结论 采取以乡门诊集体接种为主 ,多种工作模式相结合的方法 。

Objective To explore a better EPI management pattern to suit the need of the changed condition. Methods The situation of different EPI management patterns in Jiujiang were investigated respctively. Result Among the three EPI management patterns, there are different advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion To adopt outpatient inoculation service in small towns firstly and adapt diversified EPI management patterns to the needs of practical conditions, The advance in EPI can be brought out.
