对于溶剂结晶法分离混合植物甾醇 ,少量水的存在不仅可以大大提高甾醇的收率 ,在某些范围内还可以提高豆甾醇的选择性 ,有助于得到高纯度的豆甾醇和 β 谷甾醇产品。

This paper gives a research of the influence of water on separation of phytosterols by crystallization. Water in the solvent system will greatly increase the yield of sterols. At the same time it was discovered that the addition of controlled small volumes of water to the solvent system enhances its selectivity in some range. It is useful to gain pure stigmasterol and β sitosterol.
