摘要
研究了冻干保护剂的作用 ,由包封率和外观形态确定了海藻糖和蔗糖作为冻干保护剂 ,包封率达到 95 % ,外观粉针效果良好。添加比例是海藻糖∶磷脂为 1∶2 ;蔗糖∶磷脂为 2∶1。纵观整个试验以此法制备的PST脂质体显示了其具有可长期保存、防止不饱和脂肪酸氧化等优点。
In this experiment the effect of freeze direr protective agent was studied ,α,α-trehalose and cane sugre as freeze-direr protective agent by encapsulation and apperence form .and the encapsulation of liposome achieve 95 percent ,the effect of apperence form is all right .Accession proportion of α,α trehalose and phospholipidis 1:2, cane sugar and phospholipidis 2:1. Over all the experiment ,in conclusion ,liposome prepared by this method can be conserved long time and prevent nosaturation fatty acid from oxidation .
