不孕症子宫内膜细胞外基质的表达 被引量:1

摘要 不孕症发病机理越来越引起人们的重视。其中部分不孕症患者在着床方面的缺陷 ,尤其是内膜接受性的异常 ,可能是导致发病的一个关键因素。近年来对不孕症患者子宫内膜进行研究发现 ,细胞外基质纤维粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、IV型胶原在子宫内膜的不同部位、不同时期表达不同 ,并参与子宫内膜的功能变化及胚泡的着床环节。胚胎的着床受滋养层介导 ,在着床过程中具有侵蚀力的滋养层可遇到大量的细胞外基质 ,分泌中、晚期子宫内膜过量的细胞外基质表达阻止胚泡植入而导致不孕。
