高血压患者健康状况评估方法的研究

Study of a Method to Evaluate Health Status of Hypertensive Patients

用生存质量量表与运动试验相结合的办法对 39例血压正常者及 5 1例高血压初期患者进行对比分析 ,比较各项测试指标 ,并用判别分析方法对两组人群进行评估分析。多项结果两组人存在显著性差异 ,建立的判别函数对两组区分率达到 96 7%。

incipient hypertensive patients and 39 healthy subjects were studied by combining dynamic exercise test and self\|comple ted questionnaire to find out how good quality of life(QOL).The health status of these subjects was evaluated through multivariate statistics method and discriminant analysis.The experimental results showed significant differences between the two groups.Based on these clinical data, a discrimination function was established.The discrimination ratio of this function between healthy and hypertensive group is 96 7%.It provides an effective method for evaluating the health status of hypertensive patients.
