一种智能化的多极射频消融治疗仪的研制

摘要 介绍了一种基于射频原位灭活原理的智能化的多极射频消融治疗仪的研制。仪器为上、下位机结构 ,上位机为PC机 ,下位机以 89C5 2单片机为核心的测温控温装置 ,上、下位机通过RS2 32串行口通信实现数据传送。仪器有两种功率控制模式 :手动控制和自动控制 ,自动控制采用改进PID控温算法 ,确保对肿瘤病灶进行均匀、平稳的射频加热。智能化的病历数据库管理系统实现对病历数据的有效管理。动物实验证明 ,仪器工作稳定可靠 ,疗效好 。 Development of intelligent multi\|pole RF ablation therapeutic instrument based on the theory of RF local destruction is introduced. The equipment adopts master machine and slave machine architecture. The master machine is a PC; the slave machine is an 89C52 singlechip mainly responsible for temperature measurement and control. Data transmission between master and slave machines is carried out by RS232 serial port communication. The instrument has two kinds of power control modes:manual control and auto control. While working at auto control mode, the equipment adopts improved PID temperature control algorithm, with which the problem of precision deterioration of temperature control due to tumor tissue characteristics variation caused in the process of heating was solved. It ensures homogeneous and smooth RF heating of tumor foci.Intelligent case history database management system (DBMS) carries out case history registration, treatment data archiving, classified query and treatment report printing functions, which provide doctors with reliable data for making treatment plans. Animal experiments demonstrated that the equipment works stably and reliably, and has good therapeutic results, which indicates good clinical application value.
