Application of the vegetation diversity in the reinstatement of vegetation within the right of way is discussed based on the features of the right of way and the biological diversity and the successes and failures in the highway landscaping projects in the recent years.Vegetations exist in nature as a combination of diversified plants and the vegetation diversity is formed naturally.Application of the vegetation diversity in the vegetation reinstatement in the right of way can promote the reinstatement efficiency and beautify the natural scenery along the route.
