加压泵站大型蝶式缓冲止回阀的动态调试及运行性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 蝶式缓冲止回阀是一种较为理想的直抽式加压泵站旁路止回阀。在不影响正常供水的情况下 ,对该阀进行了动态调试 ,测取了有关动态性能参数 ,证明了该阀大、小蝶板开始打开所需压力较小 ,动作灵敏 ,但局部阻力系数大。该阀运行一段时间以来 ,性能稳定 ,基本上不需要维护和保养。其大、小蝶板的合理搭配设计提高了管网运行的安全可靠性 ,即使在大蝶板不能有效打开的情况下 ,小蝶板的有效打开也可以有效消除由于泵站意外停机而产生的水锤。 Buffering Butterfly Check Valve is more suitable for use in the by pass of booster pump station. Hot line setting service was done without any interference to the normal operation of water supply. The obtained dynamic operating parameters show that the action of this check valve is more sensitive with smaller opening pressure for both big and small wing blades, but the local resistance is rather higher. The working status of this valve is stable for long duration without demands of service or repair. The operating safety and reliability of the pipeline network was improved by the rational design of big and small wing flaps. In case of accidental shutdown of pumping assembles, even the big flap blocked, the normal open of small flap will be enough to protect the compact of water hammer effectively.
