摘要
本文介绍了火场快速鉴定方法——薄板层析法(简称TLC法)的实验条件,其中包括选择层析板、展开剂、显色剂及展开方式与显色方法,并介绍了采用双向展开与二次显色排除火场中干扰物的方法。
The paper introduces the experiment condition of the quick determination method in fire site -TLC Method. It includes the choice of the chromatographic board, spreader, developer and the ways of spreading out and developing them. It also introduces the method to remove the obstructions in the fire site by using two -way spread and two times development. The method has played an important role in the determination of more than 100 big arson cases in the whole country, we think that this method has high sensitivity. It is easy to be operated and applied.
