摘要 己内酰胺 锦纶化纤废水属于高含氮高浓度有机废水。通过理论分析和试验研究 ,对原A/O/A/O工艺存在的问题进行了分析 ,提出了替代工艺ENSBR/BDAR/COR技术路线。试验结果表明 ,该工艺流程处理效率高 ,运行稳定 。 The wastewater of hexanolactam (nylon) fiber production in Shijiazhuang Synthetic Fiber manufactory is high concentrated with organic nitrogen compounds. Through theoretic analysis on the problems arisen from the exiting A/O/A/O process and on the basis of experimental research, an alternative program of ENSBR/BDAR/COR process to replace the former has been proposed. The experimental results show that the new process is high effective and stable in operation, also the effluent could be meet the wastewater discharge standard. The reconstruction has been accomplished.
