在城市建设中 ,由于山体的隔断 ,使两侧的道路和商业不能连贯 ,通过开挖隧道使之连接是其良策。城市隧道除满足交通功能外 ,还需与城市道路功能相匹配。

In urban construction there may be barrier formed by the mountain encountered, separating the roads or commercial zones and excavation of tunnel is needed for their connection. Except for meeting the traffic needs, the urban tunnel should be in coordination with the function of urban roads.
