摘要
园林绿化对改善城市生态环境、美化城市形象、促进城市可持续发展具有必不可少的重要作用。在城市用地紧张 ,空间拥挤 ,地价高昂的情况下 ,合理开发利用地下空间并在地下建筑顶面覆土绿化 ,可以发挥建筑用地的双重效益 ,本文对地下空间开发与城市园林绿化有机结合的指导思想、规划设计、技术措施以及经营管理等问题进行了简要论述。
Green park plays an important role in improving ecological environment of the city, beautifying the city and promoting the sustainable development of the city. Under the conditions of urban land shortage, space congestion and expensive land use, double benefits can be gained by rational development and utilization of underground space and earth sheltered plantation on the underground structures. In this paper, an idea concerning the combining development of underground space and urban green park development as well as their planning, technical measures and operation and management were described.
