摘要
作者总结了商业街设计的缘由和现状,探讨与延伸了距离、道路曲折度、面积与人流密度等概念,得出在商业街设计中一些有益的启示,从经济效益、心理感受与服务设施方面提出了步行商业街设计目标理念,并对历史文脉的继承与现代生活方式的关系进行了澄清,最后提出了我国商业街发展方向的3种形式。
By summing up the reasonsand actuality of pedestrian shoppingstreets,the paper probes and extendsthe concept of their length,curvature ofstreets,area and density of customerflows. Based on these,it points outsome viewpoints that will benefit the de-sign of pedestrian shopping streets. Af-ter this,it gives design concept andunderstanding of pedestrian shoppingstreets through the studying of threeaspects: economic benefit,psychologi-cal feeling and service facilities. It alsoclarifies some misunderstanding of therelationship between the heritage of his-torical context and modern life style.Finally,it puts forward three future formsof Chinese pedestrian shopping streets.[
