淬回火工艺对GCr15钢机械性能的影响

摘要 主要研究了降低淬火加热温应和提高回火温度对GCr15轴承钢机械性能的彤响.试验给果表明:淬火加热温度由860℃降至830℃,对材料的各种机械性能均有益,回火温度由I70℃t增至230℃,虽耐磨性有所降低。但可以提高钢的丝性。附图9幅,表3个。 The influence of reducing quenching temperature and increasing tempering temperature on the mechanical performance of GCr15 steel are studied, the result shows:reducing the quenching temperature from 860℃ to 830℃, some advantages will be produced for material mechanical features; increasing the tempering temperature from 170℃ to 230℃, the anti wear guality will be reduced to some extent, but the plasticity willbe improved.
