摘要
针对某航空发动机用圆柱滚子轴承在使用过程中发生的滚子端面及内圈挡边磨损现象,分析其主要原因为滚子精度控制不足和挡边形状要求不足。根据故障原因提出减小滚子圆倒角公差范围,增加滚子圆倒角跳动量要求及内圈挡边腹背角度设计要求的改进措施,并对改进设计后的轴承进行有限元分析和试验验证,结果表明,改进后的轴承满足设计要求。
The main reasons for wear on roller end face and inner ring rib of cylindrical roller bearings for an aeroengine during use are inadequate precision control of roller and insufficient requirement for rib shape. According to fault reasons,the improvement measures are proposed,such as reducing tolerance range of roller fillet,adding requirement for roller fillet runout and design requirement for belly back angle of inner ring rib. The FEA and experimental verification results show that the improved bearings meet design requirements.
