陶瓷靶板冲击破坏近场动力学研究

摘要 基于非局部理论的键基近场动力学方法建立陶瓷脆性材料冲击破坏动力学模型,采用非规则节点布置方式离散计算域,模拟强动载荷作用下陶瓷靶板陶瓷锥形成过程以及裂纹萌生、发展、分叉、破碎等复杂动态破坏行为。模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,揭示了陶瓷靶板破坏形成的三个阶段,陶瓷靶板的抗弹耗能机制主要包括陶瓷锥形成耗能与裂纹扩展耗能,确定了靶板总体损伤程度与子弹冲击速度的关系。 In view of the simulation difficulty of the traditional numerical measures on the ceramic armor penetration problems,a new dynamic impact damage model of ceramic brittle materials was established based on the non-local peridynamic method.The computational domain was discretized into irregular nodes,and the formation process of ceramic cone and the complex dynamic behaviors such as crack initiation,development,bifurcation and fracture were simulated under heavy dynamic load.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,revealing the three stages of damage formation of ceramic target plate.The anti-elastic energy dissipation mechanism of ceramic target plate mainly includes two aspects,and energy dissipation of ceramic cone formation and energy dissipation of crack propagation.The relation between the overall damage degree of the target plate and the impact velocity of bullet was obtained.
