基于改进模糊层次分析法的某拦截系统防护效能评估研究 被引量:13

摘要 现有多样化的近程防护效能评估模型多是针对防空导弹、高射炮等防护手段的评估,某防护拦截系统是一种新型的超近程防护拦截系统,其结构组成及拦截方式均与现有近程防护不同,故在评估时选取的评估量化指标也不同,已有评价模型难以有效评估其防护效能。为了能对拦截系统做出针对性效能评估,结合系统的拦截原理和各分系统特点,采用改进模糊层次分析法,建立了系统的拦截评估指标及相应权重,构建了系统的防护效能评估模型,降低了计算评估的复杂程度。 The existing diversified short-range protection effectiveness evaluation models mostly aim at the evaluation of air defense missiles,anti-aircraft guns and other means of protection.The protection interception system is a new type of ultra-short range protection system.Its structure composition and interception mode are different from the existing short range protection system.Therefore,the quantitative evaluation indicators selected in the evaluation are different.The existing evaluation model is difficult to effectively evaluate the protection effectiveness of the new interception system.In order to make targeted effectiveness evaluation of the interception system,combining the interception principle of the system and the characteristics of each subsystem,using the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the interception evaluation index and corresponding weight of the system were established,and then the protection effectiveness evaluation model of the system was constructed,which reduces the complexity of calculation and evaluation.
