强电磁干扰环境下机载总线接口设计与实现

摘要 设计了一种适用于机载环境的总线接口单元,采用改进的摩尔投票算法对电平进行采样判决,有效地消除了毛刺信号对总线通信的干扰。同时,为了提高系统联试效率,在波形时序、通信协议、检错/容错机制等方面对总线进行通用化、标准化设计,为各设备厂商提供统一的通信接口。试验表明:在6 000万包数据收发压力测试下,总线接口单元通信误码率低于10×10-11,系统接口联试效率提高60%,满足机载平台环境适应性要求。 A bus interface unit is designed for airborne environment.The improved Moore voting algorithm was used to sample the level,which effectively eliminated the glitch interference to bus communication.At the same time,in order to improve the efficiency of system integration test,the bus was generalized and standardized in terms of waveform timing,communication protocol,error detection/fault tolerance mechanism,etc.,providing a unified communication interface for each device manufacturer.Experiment shows that under the pressure test of 60 million packets of data transmission and reception,the bit error rate of the bus interface unit was less than 10×10-11,and the system interface test efficiency was improved by 60%to meet the environmental adaptability requirements of the airborne platform.
