摘要 HNS-Ⅱ的颗粒品质和纯度对其应用装药性能和爆轰性能有显著影响。采用重结晶法制备HNS-Ⅱ,对影响产品颗粒品质和纯度的工艺技术进行了研究。结果表明,通过改进乙腈加料方式、结晶温度调控技术和监测方法,可有效控制HNS-Ⅱ晶粒的成核和长大过程,提高产品颗粒质量及稳定性。改进后的产品质量稳定,满足柔爆索等产品的应用要求。 The grain quality and purity of HNS-Ⅱhave a significant effect on its application charge and detonation performance.In this paper,HNS-Ⅱsamples were prepared by re-crystallization method,the process technology affecting the product quality and purity were studied.The results show that the grain nucleation and growth process of HNS-Ⅱcan be controlled effectively through improving the acetonitrile feeding way,crystallization temperature controlling technology and temperature monitoring method,so the products’grain quality and stability have been increased.The quality of improved product is stable and meets the application requirements of mild detonating fuse and other products.
